How do I become a member?
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or at the office. We will confirm the documents you need and register you.
What documents do I need?
Your national ID or passport, your KRA PIN and certificate, and passport photos. Our team will confirm anything else.
Can I see my balance without visiting the office?
Yes. Sign in to the member portal on your phone or computer to see your savings, shares, loans and next payment.
Is my information safe?
Members see only their own records, and every important action is recorded. Read our privacy notice for how we use your information.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?
M-Pesa payments through the SACCO Paybill are being prepared and are not yet available. Until then, please pay as you normally do and ask our team to confirm your payment.
